BABY YOGA
Baby Yoga is a beautiful, gentle class designed to support your baby’s physical development while also nurturing your bond together. These sessions combine simple yoga-inspired movements, stretches, songs and lifts to create a calm, loving space for both you and your baby.
Led by Emma, an experienced midwife, each class is carefully designed to be safe, supportive and responsive to your baby’s individual stage of development.

There is never any pressure for your baby to “perform”, feeding, cuddling, changing and soothing are always encouraged when needed.
Who can attend?
Baby Yoga is suitable from around 10 weeks old. The perfect follow on from Baby Massage!
